Setup fees split evenly: half when we sign and start the build, half when we hand over the live system. Monthly recurring starts the day your site goes live, billed in CAD on the same date each month. HST added where applicable.

Are these prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Every price on this page is Canadian dollars (CAD). PM Consulting Inc. is based in North Bay, Ontario and bills in CAD. HST is added where applicable.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. There is no multi-year lock-in. The monthly fee is month-to-month with a 30-day no-questions-asked exit. You give 30 days notice and we offboard you cleanly. Your domain, your GoHighLevel data, and your website assets transfer to you.
What if I need a custom build that does not fit a tier?
Custom scopes are welcome. Most contractors start in one of the three tiers and grow from there. If you need something outside the tier framework (multi-location buildouts, integrations with field-service software like ServiceTitan or Jobber, custom AI training), book a 15-minute fit call and Paul will scope it directly. Pricing for custom work starts at $10,000 setup.
Do I own the website?
Yes. You own your domain, your website code, your content, your reviews, and your GoHighLevel sub-account data. If you ever cancel, you keep all of it. PM Consulting does not hold your business hostage.
How fast does the website launch?
Smart Website Starter typically launches in 14 to 21 days from kickoff. Lead Capture Pro takes 21 to 30 days because of the Reviews AI and Conversational AI setup. Lead Flow Engine takes 30 to 45 days because Voice AI training and Database Reactivation campaigns require more configuration. Every timeline assumes you respond to feedback requests within 48 hours.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Most contractors start at Tier 2 or 3 and grow into the full Lead Flow Engine over 12 months. When you upgrade, you pay the difference in setup fee for the new pillars and your monthly bumps to the new tier the next billing cycle. No penalty, no friction.
What is NOT included in the monthly fee?
Ad spend on Google or Meta is not included (you fund your own ad accounts directly). Third-party software fees beyond GoHighLevel (specialty integrations, custom phone numbers, premium SMS volume) are billed at cost. Custom design requests outside the standard scope are quoted separately. Everything we can include without nickel-and-diming you, we do.
